A creative consultant’s goal is to help artists better market themselves. With knowledge of photography, advertising, the internet and marketing, Amanda Sosa Stone can help artists speak the language of their potential client. Services range from structuring portfolios to editing film. Amanda knows each photographer/client is different. Some photographers know which direction they want to go, but they don’t know how to market themselves. Others have established a target market but would like to improve on their marketing, and some photographers want to completely revamp and create a new image for themselves. With each individual, Amanda’s goal is to make their dreams a reality.

Basic 2 hour Consult:

In a consult, Amanda will review where you were, where you are and where you want to be. Next, Amanda will review the work/content and the current presentation you are using. She will work with you in developing your presentation to meet your goals. Along with presentation, she will also work on marketing (which is key) and how to create an annual campaign. Fee: $400 total ($200 an hour)

NOTE: This consult does not include a physical portfolio and website edit or pagination nor a database edit. This phone call is best done in two parts- the first part is about presentation and the second about your marketing.

Portfolio edit of Images:
An edit of your images for a portfolio mock up.
Fee: $600 total

Website edit of Images:
An edit of your images for a website edit and order mock up
Fee: $600 total

Portfolio & Website edit of Images:
An edit of your images for a website and portfolio edit and order mock up.
Fee: $1,000 total

Editing Note: If after the first edit you add additional images, an additional charge of $200.00 will be charged for reviewing and considering additional images.

Database List Build

Annual Consultation Service, which includes:

Half hour review at Six months to go your marketing campaign- must be scheduled at the end of the first part. (value $100.00)
Half hour review at eleven months to talk about your progress and next year's campaign. (value $100.00)
Work with Designer to project manage design work and delivery dates (1 month period – after one month email fees apply)
FEE: $1,200.00

Note:
If after the first edit you add additional images, an additional charge of $200.00 will be charged for reviewing and considering additional images.

If you add an additional countries after database has been completed an additional $200.00 will be charged.

Art Direction:
If you require additional shooting after the annual consult or either portfolio, web or two hour consult and you need help concepting new images, an “inspirational book” can be provided and will include help in casting, locations and editing of images will be an additional $750.00 per month or a one time $200 fee for the book creation or 1 hour art direction call. This will be agreed upon mutually between both parties.

If after the one year consult or portfolio/website edits, your work is considered at an interim stage and you do additional shooting with out my help and a new revised portfolio or website needs to edited, then an additional fee of $400.00 for portfolio and an additional fee of $400.00 for website will be charged.

If you require additional guidance through e-mails and periodical phone calls (up to 1 hour) a month, you can hire me at a monthly retainer of $225.00 per month. Or you can hire me on a as needed basis at the basic hourly rate of $200.

For miscellaneous individual email consulting, a $5.00 fee per email will be invoiced to you on a monthly basis.

Team Consult- with Suzanne Sease

OPTION 1:
Normal full 2 hour consultation - over phone (set goals and plans as a team) This phone call is best done in two parts- the first part about the images and what they say about you as a photographer and the second about your marketing.
FEE: $800 ($400.00 to each consultant- to be paid upfront)

OPTION 2:
Normal full 2 hour consultation with website and portfolio edit and mock ups. Separate the hours over 2 one hour calls over phone. First hour is to set goals and plans as a team. The second hour is spent reviewing the images selected and discuss your marketing.
FEE: $2,000.00 ($1,000.00 per consultant - to be paid upfront)

OPTION 3: ANNUAL CONSULT

A full 2 hour consultation. This phone call is best done in two parts- the first part is about presentation and the second about your marketing.
